Kannapolis Construction Company, Inc. was founded by Mr. Carl W. Brown of Kannapolis in 1948 and is one of North Carolina's most respected and successful construction firms. Our growth and success over the past 50 years has been predicated on meeting the basic building requirements of our customer, in a professional and service oriented way. Our company takes pride in that we are presently under second-generation ownership with yet a third generation heavily involved in all aspects of the business.
